At RS-Techie, accessible from https://rstechie.in, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by RS-Techie and how we use it.

Information We Collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

If you contact us directly via our Quote / Lead form, we may receive information about you such as:

• Your Name
• Your Email Address
• Requested Category of Service
• Your Custom Message or Project Description
• Optional Phone / WhatsApp number (if provided for direct redirect chat logs)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our website services.
• Understand and analyze how you use our website.
• Develop new custom tools, automated workflows, and websites.
• Communicate with you to deliver requested quotes, technical assistance, or support.
• Send notifications relating to lead requests via automated pipelines (including Zoho SMTP mailers and background n8n webhook routing).

Data Storage and Security

All client lead details are logged securely in a local server database protected behind host access policies. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information collected through our contact form with third-party marketers.

Contact and account details (name, email, phone, and any message you submit) are also processed by Zoho CRM (Zoho Corporation), used internally by our sales and support team to manage and respond to your inquiry. Zoho does not use this data for its own marketing and is bound by its own data processing terms as our CRM provider.

WhatsApp Platform & CRM Data (Business Customers)

If you are a WhatsApp Platform customer and you enable the optional CRM / lead tracking feature of the Leporis auto-reply engine, RS-Techie stores lead records for your own end-users who message you on WhatsApp (or that you add manually), which may include their name, phone number, email, company, and conversation-derived notes, including AI-written follow-up notes and any follow-up date you or the AI set.

RS-Techie's administrators retain read-only access to this data, across all customers using the feature, solely to maintain platform integrity and to monitor for illegal or abusive use of the platform. This data is not sold, rented, or used for RS-Techie's own marketing purposes. If you are a business customer using this feature, you remain responsible for lawfully collecting and using your own end-users' personal data, including any consent required under applicable law. You may disable this feature at any time from your WhatsApp dashboard.

Campaign Landing Pages and Auto Web Development sites we generate for you may include an optional "referred by a friend?" field on the lead/contact form. If filled in, we store the referrer's name and phone number alongside the new lead, so you can identify who is referring business to you. This attribution data is visible only to you (the business customer who owns the page) and RS-Techie administrators — it is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for RS-Techie's own marketing.

Leporis Mobile App (Android/iOS)

The Leporis mobile app is a companion client for the same WhatsApp Platform account described above — it does not collect or store any data separately from what's described elsewhere on this page, but it does request a few device-level permissions to do so:

• Push notifications — the app registers a device push token with our servers so we can alert you about new messages, orders, and other account activity you've configured. You can turn most of these alerts off from the app's Business Settings screen, and disable push notifications entirely from your device's system settings at any time.
• Microphone — used only when you actively record and send a voice message to one of your own WhatsApp contacts; audio is not recorded or accessed at any other time.
• Photos, camera, and files — used only when you choose to attach an image, video, or document to a message you're sending; the app does not scan or access your media library beyond the specific file you select.

All conversation data, business records, and account credentials handled by the mobile app are stored on the same RS-Techie servers as the web version of Leporis, under the same protections described in "Data Storage and Security" above.

Newsletter & Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter (via the signup box in the website footer, or by opting in from your account settings), we collect your name (optional) and email address to send you periodic updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that works without logging in. Unsubscribing removes you from future sends immediately; we retain a record that you unsubscribed (to honor that choice and avoid re-adding you by mistake), but stop processing your email for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Service Providers (Sub-Processors)

To deliver our services, RS-Techie shares data with the following trusted third parties. Each is bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection law.

• Razorpay Software Private Limited (razorpay.com) — processes all payments on our platform. Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. RS-Techie does not receive, store, or log your card number, CVV, or banking credentials at any point.
• Google LLC (Gemini AI) — if you use the Leporis AI auto-reply feature and select Google Gemini as your AI provider, the content of your WhatsApp conversations and your configured system prompt are transmitted to Google's API infrastructure. Separately, the Leporis chat widget on our own website (rstechie.in) also uses Google Gemini, under RS-Techie's own account: if you're logged in, a summary of your account context is shared to personalize the conversation (see Terms & Conditions §5.1), and a summarized memory of chat topics may be retained to make follow-up conversations more useful, kept only while relevant and pruned automatically over time. Anonymous visitors' messages are sent to Gemini only as typed, with no added account context. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy and API Terms. If you purchase AI SEO Content, Campaign Landing Page, Auto Web Development, or Social Media Content, the intake details you provide (business info, topics, brand voice) are also sent to Google Gemini, under RS-Techie's own account, to generate your content drafts (see Terms & Conditions §8.2).
• Anthropic PBC (Claude AI) — same as above, if you select Anthropic Claude as your AI provider.
• OpenAI LLC — same as above, if you select OpenAI as your AI provider.
• Meta Platforms Inc. — WhatsApp Business API messages pass through Meta's infrastructure. Governed by Meta's Platform Policy and Business Terms. RS-Techie is a verified Meta Tech Provider for the WhatsApp Business Platform.
• Zoho Corporation — contact and account details submitted via our website may be processed by Zoho CRM for internal sales and support use. Zoho does not use this data for its own marketing.
• n8n GmbH — lead form submissions may be forwarded to an internal n8n automation instance operated by RS-Techie for CRM processing. No personal data is shared with third-party marketers through this pipeline.

RS-Techie does not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third-party advertiser or marketing company.

Data Deletion Instructions (Meta Platform Compliance)

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you have submitted your details via our website contact form or utilized our integrations and wish to request that your information be permanently deleted from our systems, please follow these steps:

Send an email request to: office@rstechie.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include the name and email address you used during your submission. Once received, our administration team will verify the request and permanently delete your records from our database and log systems within 48 hours, sending you a confirmation email.

Log Files

RS-Techie follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, RS-Techie uses cookies. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

GDPR Data Protection Rights

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
• The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
• The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
