User Data Deletion Policy

At RS-Techie, accessible from https://rstechie.in, we respect your right to control your personal data. This User Data Deletion Policy outlines instructions for users to request the permanent deletion of their account details, custom data, and connected API access credentials from our database.

WhatsApp Business Platform (Leporis) — Data Deletion

If you are a Leporis WhatsApp Business Platform customer, the following applies to your connected WhatsApp number, conversation history, and CRM/lead records:

• Delete a single conversation: From your Leporis Inbox, open the conversation and use the "Delete Conversation" option. This permanently removes that contact's messages, AI-generated memory, and any queued outbound messages. A new message from that number simply starts a fresh conversation.
• Delete your entire account: From your Account → Settings page, use "Delete My Account". This permanently deletes every WhatsApp channel, contact, message, and CRM lead associated with your account, in addition to anonymising your billing profile. This action cannot be undone.
• Manual request: You may also email office@rstechie.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" — we will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 48 hours.

We do not access, use, or share the content of your WhatsApp conversations or your customers' contact details for our own purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full disclosure of how this data is used and which third-party AI providers process it if you enable the optional AI auto-reply feature.

Consent & Platform Integrations

(The following applies to RS-Techie's separate video-ad / campaign publishing tools — YouTube, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Business integrations. For WhatsApp/Leporis, see the section above.)

Our automation platform integrates with third-party service providers (such as YouTube, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Business) via secure, official OAuth API protocols. We request permissions only to perform actions directly configured and initiated by you (e.g., publishing generated video ads to your designated pages or channels).

We do not store or access your personal feeds, friend networks, private posts, or payment credentials. Any data stored is strictly limited to authorization tokens and account/page identifiers.

How to Delete Your Connected Channels

You can instantly revoke authorization and delete all saved credentials, access tokens, and channel details on a self-service basis:

• Log in to your RS-Techie Video Ad Dashboard at rstechie.in/video-ad.
• Scroll to the card section labeled "Connected Publishing Channels".
• Click the red "Disconnect" button next to the YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram channel you wish to remove.
• Our system will immediately delete the active Access Tokens, Refresh Tokens, Page IDs, and linked channel usernames from our databases.

Manual Account & Profile Deletion Requests

If you wish to close your RS-Techie account and permanently purge all custom ad campaigns, branding assets, billing histories, and login profiles from our systems, please follow these instructions:

• Send a direct email request to our administration desk at: office@rstechie.in.
• Use the subject line: "User Data Deletion Request".
• Include your username, primary email address, or the workspace name associated with your account.
• Once received, our admin team will verify ownership and securely delete all matching records from our primary database and server file storage within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Revoking Facebook App Permissions Manually

To revoke API tokens on Meta's end manually and verify that RS-Techie no longer has access:

• Log in to your Facebook profile and navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
• In the left-side settings menu, select Apps and Websites.
• Locate the app entry for "SaaS Auto Publisher" (or the corresponding app name).
• Click Remove. Facebook will immediately invalidate all access tokens previously granted to our application.
